:) Honestly the best advice I’d give you is your time is much better spent understanding the dynamics of your local market & you already have 20 years experience doing so, than reading more real estate general theory at a certain point.

I would speak with realtors, and local banks to better understand the business.

I understand that seller financing works in two ways: 1.

Usually these emails are simply one or two line responses or answers (that's all they really require), but it makes me question if an email that takes 5 seconds to type is worth the money I'm charged.If this is normal, than I understand completely, I just want to see if that's the case.
