Elon has spoken in the past about his dream with batteries, and finding new ways to generate their power source. 

In Part 2 of this post next week, I’m going to highlight the specific “6 Pillars” that you should look for in your market if you want to find deals with ease, get positive cashflow, while also protecting yourself and making solid investing decisions.Isn’t that the dream?

Diet is a great example where people are motivated by the "idea" of weight loss, but they aren't really sold on the sacrifice necessary.

Feel unburded by an empty pipe dream. 

If you just buy a condo without any value add, you are competing with a horde of retail buyers who just want their maui dream condo, and don't really care about financials.

I know that as a 17 year old who dreams of financial independence through entrepreneurship, going to college might seem counterintuitive.

However, I love such properties and I wish I had one too - well, I might dream about it haha!

Does that count as ten years dreaming, learning and wishing, plus 1 year doing as 11 years or 1 year? 

And the big money came in  Silicon valley billionaires  celebrities and just folks that were very wealthy and wanted this dream of making wine.As it relates to real estate Dave Del Dotto if you recall him he was one of the first TV real Estate pitchmen like a Carleton sheets.. he did his shows from Honolulu with Bikini clad babes..
