I have been on both sides, having stuff sell fast and having it sit.

I use it so often for all kinds of stuff.

No front-loading digital control fancy stuff, just a plain Jane top loader with old school dials.

They were usually built in dense clusters and have not been well maintained, so you end up with a street full of run down properties.

The only big problem I have run into is when you have radiant heat where this stuff is buried in the floor.
