There are few good compays also like peachtree data, but you can get really into it and run Deceased searches see if the owner is till alive, you can get deeper and do PCOA - Proprietary Change of Address.

Not an expert by any means in direct mail but you hear over and over that you have to keep following up and you will get better results the deeper into a campaign you get.

All I read were cognitive proclamations to justify continuing business as usual, a natural response to be defensive of ones actions and lower expectations.The things that one may be liable for goes much deeper than most can comprehend, tortuous conduct is something in wholesaling that is clearly not understood.
