Obviously, prudent use and maintenance of this loan to cash value balance has to be monitored or the policy could be in danger of lapse if loans or expenses were to be in excess of the interest credit or cash value.So again to reiterate a long drawn out point, in a checking, or HELOC type product if you were to use your "own money," your interest credit or savings would only be on the remaining portion of money left while you used the proceeds else where.

He just didn't have the courage to own his actions.I wouldn't say the tenants have been taking advantage of the old landlord, and its a dangerous road to think down since it leads to an "us vs. them" mentality.
