I was just wondering if I would be able to get a solid deal considering my credit score is only 680 (I'm 18) and low amount of capital.

Factoring it in to the budget is necessary, but it'll be a while before you build up the cap ex account.

That should be cheap enough to literally put on a credit card.

If there’s an existing mortgage on the property, a subject to combined with a seller second, or a wrap around loan, carry significant risk and possible negative credit impact for the seller (and buyer).
