Looking to buy a property that has no gutters installed and as such, there is a lip around the home of brick where water drips down and seeps into the window cavity.This has generated mold on 2 walls of the home (brick construction) but it has been localized only on 3 windows underneath them.

Some build the walls, roof trusses and other major components inside, then ship them to the job site for assembly.

they have designer colors slab granite in baths and kitchen.. all new HVAC Plumbing is all replaced along with electrical and roofs windows insulation etc.. average rehab 80 to 100k.

Yeah, I'd like to put in foam insulation in the walls of all my homes, but once again, the ROI is zero or less.  

Bathrooms eat up a big chuck and if the wall tile is decent you can respray the tile and it will look great, and respray the tubs.

Install exhaust fans that would go out to the exterior brick wall?

This is a Wall Street REIT and is completely different from a holding company that produces income.
