I wish there was a time machine where I could go back but unfortunate there isn't at this point in time.

The coin-operated washing machine in my 4-plex required repair and I overnighted the master key to an appliance repair company in Colorado Springs, as I live 4 hours away and could not immediately be onsite.After the repair was made they mailed the master key (not a flat key, but the kind with a hollow round end) in a plain paper envelope.

From the research I have done so far I am targeting south hill or browns addition for a multifamily or cash flowing sfh.If anybody has any Spokane local wisdom and will be around to talk shop this weekend over coffee I would love to hear what you have to say.

I would love speak with some of you who have done a flip and how you first got started; whether that be on here or even over coffee!

If no luck there call a several real estate brokers and find some that invest in the area of have clients who do and see if you can take a few people out for coffee/ lunch.
