@Julius Chinn NA unfortunately only if you have a view easement are you entitled to a view, otherwise most towns allow you to block it.

@Chris Da I can't give you any advice on the legal end of this, but I agree with @Kyle Samuel on this one, learn from your mistakes and set your contracts up differently now to cover your self for next time this happens.

Craigslist is  cesspool of scams.If you use property management software like TenantCloud (free to Landlord) it will market your rentals to a bunch of web sites with the click of a button.
