Bill S. is correct - domain names used to be important for SEO purposes, but their utility has declined over time to the point of being negligible at best.If you're choosing a domain name, you should really focus on only a few things:- easy to remember, or "catchy"- easy to spell- preferably a ".com" domain, rather than one of the new TLDs (like ".guru")- aligns with your "brand," if you care about such things.Hope that helps!

If that includes choosing and managing your own tenants, so be it.If someone asks me, I would comfortably say I'm an investor who also chooses to be a landlord - I'm only a landlord because I've judged it to be the most compatible approach to reaching my investment goals (which, I would add, are not entirely financial).

That's a perfect start I haven't tried bandit signs but I would do that also just to experiment something else make sure to learn your market which ever one you choose to market to.
