@Lawrence LeungFirst your ignoring the fact that I was talking about the negative CF and you will have to contribute money to the investment monthly. 

Real estate experience: I passed my real estate broker exam but did not renew it (hopefully I will in the next couple years) This community is so inspiring, and I hope I'm able to come back and contribute to this community one day.

I will probably start doing the maximal 57k contribution for this year, and every qualifying year after.

Our economic diversity, attraction of new residents (Hello, Californians) and favored-status with expanding companies are all contributing to a strong economy and an even stronger housing market.This is no fun for real estate investors trying to uncover bargains, but investors are buying properties here every day to build their buy and hold portfolios.
