Any trap doors I should be aware of or issues that would give one pause?

This movie came out before I was born thus I never heard of it.

@William Joel IdlemanYou are getting caught in a very common trap, but the result is comparing apples and oranges.An IRA is an IRA.  

They fall into the traps of analyzing a property incorrectly, missing a major expense, or getting a bad tenant.

When I work with buyers I always ask where a buyer if from when they are giving me their wants and need because my local born and raised buyers think the "getto" is really just areas that a home owners can't afford to upkeep their homes, they are still considered safe but scare the local buyers away.
