Hence, it's taking longer for bigger developers to bring their juicy projects online. 

I was also told that my umbrella policy would not cover anything that the homeowner's insurance excluded. 

Now, that may not sound like a lot to some and I have done bigger deals, but the point is, this is the only business I've found where you can make that kind of money (legally) in less than 72 hours that doesn't require any special skill or hard labor.
