@Steven Hamilton IIThanks Steve.Wouldn't that mean you could use the 10% tax credit on a rehab of a pre-1936 residential 3 flat as long as it's over $5,000 worth of rehab and you keep 75% of the external walls and structure?

(i.e. winter ski cabins may do really well with a 92% occupancy rate in the winter but may dip down to 26% in the summer ...

Growing up I didn’t know anyone that owned a jet ski, or a 4 wheeler, a snowmobile less than 10 years old, or a boat larger than a 12’ rowboat.

I do know that with my STR at the ski resort they assumed we would go belly up during the pandemic.
