The quality of listings data varies by area in PropertyRadar - as such we'd recommend testing it against your local MLS - or a public site with IDX data like Redfin or Realtor.com before making a decision on whether or not to solely rely on it in a specific area .

Great thread.Here is what I have learned about cash rent payments / cash rent collections, and property management software that they integrate with. information only deemed accurate at the time of this writing.There are only 3 companies that offer cash rent payments / collections.Pay near me or paynearme.com (I am currently a customer until Aug 10, and have been happy with their service).
