In any event, I'm not concerned about it as I'm collecting a little extra to compensate for the inconvenience of her possibly leaving in the middle of winter or something. 

While I don’t expect double-digit mortgage rates any time soon, I do expect mortgage rates to follow Treasury yields higher as the combination of abundant supply and concerns about inflation, mean that investors expect higher returns.

It seems like they are concern due to people lying about their plans in terms of primary residence.

Not too concerned about location at this time as I work from many different locations with my job. 

They are also selling their current place, so will have a decent chunk of change once that closes.The high cost around closing are my biggest concern.

I have no more headaches, no more stress (about this tenant), and no to little concerns about them trashing the place on the way out.Its a tough balance between worried about the tenants trashing your place, not paying (especially now in this environment), or any number of "bad things." 

Which brings me to my next slight concern which is banks freezing HELOC's.
