All too often on this forum we find folks that are trying to reinvent the wheel, and it’s often times because they don’t have the money or the ingenuity to buy an old fashioned SFH to plant their flag in the ground.

Even then, it likely won’t consume your time if done in a scalable fashion.

This has led to the conclusion that maybe all CPA's just want to do tax returns and maybe I should be seeking and working with a different professional on a tax strategy so that when I do hand information over to the CPA it's presented in a fashion that is tax favorable.

As Covid demonstrated, the old-fashioned face-to-face (mask-to-mask) connection is no longer necessary.

It's the old fashioned, tried and true kind with an agitator and no computer to go bad, just knobs.
