Also take the reviews with a grain of salt....many times the clients aren't doing their end of the arrangement which makes the bookkeeping and tax departments job harder.

I love to get carpet remnants and have Lowes or wherever seal off the edges so it is essentially a rug.

Kool Seal your roofs...each roof will require about 7 gallons, and you can put this on with a paint roller.I wonder if the park is zoned for any long term RV's? 

I suppose you could seal in cat odor, but bleach will not remove it.
