I'm being more careful about my thought diet.What's are you directing your blog's readers to think about?

There are number of blog posts by Jeff Brown on this topic and his bottom line is, as I recall, to take the hit and get the money out.

I've done tons of research on investing via books, blogs and websites like biggerpockets.

I am a HUD listing broker and have an article on the BP blog on HUD.

I would highly recommend reading books, following RE investor's blogs, read through threads on bigger pockets, attend local AREIA events, research your market, take a local investor out to lunch..... there is a ton of ways to gather information and learn this business.Once you spend some time researching and reading, you'll be able to start putting the pieces together by asking questions here.

They can simply take the time to read my 3,500 posts and read my blog and they'll have everything for free!
