The question becomes when does an asset hit bottom and start the upswing to where you have risk but it is decreasing as the market is improving.Hotels do well when corp. send people on business trips and more people vacation with excess income.   

I have been listening to various Dave Ramsey talks on you tube this morning.

I plan to issue a late notice tomorrow; second late notice on tuesday, and then usps certified pay or quit 7 day notice on wednesday morning.

right now i usually wake up at 8 or 9 and i know it is way too late. but a job where i am my own boss, its hard to make myself wake up at 5.ive read morning miracle, and it didnt help me wake up earlier.2nd question is : if i am doing this goal, would it be easier mon-fri?

Not to mention that any deal outside of an easy drive for you is going to require a PM (knock 10% off of those gross rents) and you'll probably want to see it from time-to-time (factor in $1,500 a trip) and the lauded 2% deal -- for all practical purposes -- will evaporate.  

And they would most likely be maintenance days.Anyway, would our travel expenses for this trip be deductible as long as we save receipts and keep a record of properties we looked at and realtors we met with?

I have a business trip from Jan 6th to 29th so I'd like to come back with my house in escrow, close sooner after, and start on my next one in Feb.
