A successful real estate career is consists of many different parts. some Investors need to know what a Realtor does and at the same time a Realtor needs to have an investor mentality.

They should be able to tell you if any other regulator types are involved in inspections of rental properties, like the Fire Department or Health Department, never know who is looking out for the public welfare with a hand out for some fee.Starting off, go to your public defender's office or legal aid office, inquire about services they provide for tenants and get any Tenant's Rights pamphlets they may hand out, this is a mission into enemy territory of sorts, but knowing what legal services might be available to your tenants can be very interesting.

Mental Note:  They are not in a position to get blood from said rock.  

I plan on being much more strategic about my investing instead of going with the herd mentality when I worked at a firm, which was just get properties on the board asap.

Unless they have a long-standing business mentality to build on that on their own, they won't last.

I'll make sure they get their commission.Ignore all the other agents, I think I read somewhere that the top 5% agents so 90% of the property.When I was selling health insurance for small businesses, Blue Cross Blue Shield was increasing prices 2 to 3 times over 12 months.

I do have to get a health certificate each time and a treatment for fleas and ticks. 

The major problem that we're running into mentally is that Columbus' population is in very slow decline (less than a tenth of a percent per year).

And I still want to keep growing mentally and training my mind set , while I'm starting my endeavors .Wanted to see if anyone had any good/ interesting book suggestions.
