I currently live in Northern VA, but I grew up in Fowlerville, MI. 

I live in San Diego but grew up in the 'burbs of Cincinnati (Batavia and West Chester).I've learned quite a bit over the past few months from all the insightful posts and content available on BiggerPockets (podcasts and books) and really recognize what a wonderful resource this platform is.

I grew up on the East side near East High but I moved about eight years ago so I'm sure a lot has changed.

I grew up spending a lot of time in Humarock.

I forgot to mention my background to you guys, I grew up working on houses with my father and grandfather, who are both general contractors and my grandfather Is also a certified electrician.

I grew up in the area and know that it is a nice area with a good school system do you all think that being that it is up for land contract that if I could find a way to get the money or financed maybe a 203k loan they would be willing to our right sell it and why would someone buy it just to put it up for land contract?

I grew up in East Orange., Is not all area in East Orange that are bad there are some great place there., I ve been living there for like 18 yrs nothing bad ever happened to me..
