Is anyone else familiar with them or other low-load sponsors?

*If your agent is asking you for your personal info, than you are working with a personal lines agent, who will most likely not be familiar with the commercial insurance market.

If I was in your situation, I'd find an electrician who's familiar with either COPALUM and/or Alumiconn and get an estimate or recommendation.

I've met the Founder/ CEO and very familiar with the title company that underwrites their policies.

And I usually hear from my tenant once or twice a year, because they are always travelling or busy otherwise...BUT you can only get these tenants easily if the property is in a urban core, very close to LOTS of high paying jobs....I am not familiar with your local market, but if it is NOT a big urban core, you are probably going to hard time finding someone willing to pay $5K in rent.....EXPECT long vacancy

I am familiar with Self D IRAs but never knew about the TSP.
