It's a really great concept that talks about focusing on what you have gained and accomplished over the last few years instead of focusing on the gap of where you wish you were now or what you didn't accomplish.

I think that I now I understand the concept.

Then the concept of being a landlord can become very real. 

That being said, this is a concept that confuses me. 

Additionally, it'd be great to understand the same concept for storage units.  

Last year I did not know anything about the RE investing world, but today, I am obsessed with the whole concept of it. 

You don't need a buyers list if you don't know how to get properties under contract and no real investors are going on your buyers list before you have proof of concept.
