Its really beautiful as far as opportunities go. at 35k for a commercial building with 150k that has been sunk into to. seems really unreal opportunity I can make any improvements to building and have costs offset by the TIF but honestly I don't think anything has to be done at this time.

Then again, when we buy a severely distressed property that is a blight on the community and uninhabitable and remodel it into a beautiful home, we are adding inventory to our market which has a severe shortage of available properties - whether we sell it or rent it out.
