Wash, rinse, repeat.I've seen many policies designed improperly, so be careful who you end up speaking with.

If you are talking a coin or card wash I have that in a 12 unit and it pays for itself easily. 7 units you would break even but the convenience factor is important.

A few thousand will come out in the wash when it's financed over 30 years anyways so it doesn't hurt anything. 

The investors were brain washed into thinking this market is going to go up forever. 

Batch leads Other similar software too… deal machine… etc… they all work if you do. 

It looks like your next to a car wash or some kind of commercial building-perhaps that is holding it up.
