In the ad we used photos from another unit, because as you can see from the first two photos below the original condition of this unit wasn't such that it would attract the type of tenants that we like to rent to.Before:There are always surprises in any renovation, and one of those in this redo was a hole in the kitchen subfloor where a leaking icemaker water supply line had rotted the floor.That was a quick and easy repair, but more expensive was replacing about 50 sq ft of the hardwood floor under the carpet in the main room, which had been water damaged by water leaking from the old (since replaced) through-the-wall air conditioner.
