I really appreciate it.I am working with the lawyer (the property owner hired lawyer they started the eviction process), and according to the legal assistant of the lawyer they are suppose to move out once the 30 days are passed of we can take it to the sheriff to escort them out.

That won't give you the supposed asset protection that having your properties owned in an LLC would give you, but it would allow you to write "ABC Rentals, LLC" on your rental contract and for that contract to be enforceable in court.
