So 10% down from me and then 15% seller financing to meet the 25% down.That said, I always (for me at least), had to do the 25% down first, close, and then execute the seller financed 2nd that would essentially reimburse me 15% of the amount I put down.

If you go online you can Google the forms needed to execute the contract - while you're representing yourself you should at min. have an attorney review the contract to make sure someone is looking out for your interest.
