I am able to do all my rentals using the Basic software but was wondering if its worth spending the extra for the advanced version. 

The reason for this is due to the boards prime objective to protect tenants.

My tip: spend enough time studying one to realize a narrative that can evolve into a concept which can be refined with continuous DCFA into a viable project. 

If it's a more intensive version of the the Phase 1 and just ends up saying the same thing in more detail and adds that testing is the next thing that needs to happen,  then why spend thousands for that?  

On a personal note, while the home has a cool factor to it, the interior flow of these homes can be a little disjointed  due to the shape and I would spend a lot of time on the design to minimize these issues if possible. 

If you spray, you'll spend a lot of time taping off.

Yes I think I'd rather spend a little more money and be with a larger more reputable company.

You need more equity in the deal to protect yourself.
