The PM uses their own online software to track rental income and the expenses paid for by the PM; however, I pay some expenses on my own, including the utility bills, mortgage, and major rehab costs, and these expenses are not tracked by the PM.What's the best software solution for me to track all of these expenses in one place so that I can more easily produce reports, such as profit and loss statements?

If you have cash to spend for a budget put it into outsourcing lead lists generation and skip tracing, and then a triple dialer software so you can hit more people.

Property Management Software.

I will be doing my own taxes as I have for the past 10+ years and will be using TurboTax as the software. 

However, we are still sorting out how this will impact our software programs that syndicates to Zillow's rental network. 

On weekdays I design software systems and on weekends I work on fixing my car or house issues. 

I Started using Quicken Home, business and rental for my personal and rental expenses as the software seemed more snappy and there’s less waiting between movements.

I've run some numbers and the higher value add looks like a home run (I used Michael Blank's deal analysis software and changed a few things to evaluate it assuming a multi-year development timeline from acquisition to full tenancy).  

Plus I don't have to spend $50 on software each year and another $40 or so for e-filing.
