I've not had a turnover of any of my properties in Bixby  for several years as tenants just keep renewing leases.. 

Thoughts on a EV charger or not worth the risk/hassle?

I took extensive video and pictures when i moved as the house was not, to most people in move in condition, obviously cleaned but very cheap and very old carpet, large areas of rooms that weren't entirely painted weird hardware sticking out of walls, screw holes or remaining screws and nails, several patched but not painted areas, tons of areas with drawing, water, oil marks on the walls (from a centimeter to 1 foot) etc etc! 

Also, I will likely hyper focus in Memphis and Indianapolis, while living in several states away.

Remodeled a house before that had several animals as pets in the house (dogs and cats both) the animals were not let outside to use the bathroom (from what it looked like ever) we sanded down the hardwood filled a pump up sprayer with the odorxit (super contracted stuff mix as stated in bottle) sprayed all of the floors till they were soaked with it then opened the windows to let it all air dry.

In my state, I would go to court to have the place declared abandoned and be awarded possession thereby eliminating this risk.

It might be worth considering if the headache and risk are worth the relatively small return.

He has promised countless times over several months (5 months to be exact) to come back to us with "a proposal by the end of this week" via email on 11/28/23 and "we will get this wrapped up this week" via email on 12/11/23 - and we are already in the first week of February 2024 without a proposal and without any progress in coming to a resolution.
