I have one from Chase and one from Barclays, both of them had good sign up bonuses and both don't report to your personal credit after the initial approval.For taxes the LLC doesn't matter anyway, it's disregarded and the rental income and expenses all go on Sch E of your personal tax return.Good luck!

Depending on how your family has reported its income from real estate on your taxes, there's the possibility that your mom could be viewed as a 1099 Contractor and so could lean on two-years worth of taxes to demonstrate income. 

I have isolated all the water lines for my units but haven't figured out if I should call the water company and have them sell me water meters or if there is a water meter I can buy online that possibly hooks up to wifi to report usage.

Please note that this is not an apartment - rather he is renting a single room in a house and tenants in other rooms are not going to report him but will complain that they have asthma or other respiratory conditions and want to quit.Any actionable and constructive  (operational) suggestions are much appreciated.

I've only revised mine once, for some seller financing interest I forgot to report (since this doesn't come as a standard tax statement like mortgage interest paid through a bank). 

no current income to report but i have decent credit (690+) and have had my company since 2019. i just created a DUNS number, and have a business credit card with capital one with a credit limit of $2000 and have an experian business risk grade of B according to NAV (NAV is like a credit karma for your business from what i understand). im trying to get this funding to jumpstart my fix and flip business any and all help is greatly appreciated thanks! 

And I think the calendar and income reports are also easier to interface with than ABB.

If they do come by, the issue a violation report and they give you time to address any violations.

My banker I use for mortgages in my name is telling me they will still ask for a mortgage statement since my tax return shows I claimed mortgage interest deductions even if I have commerical loans, so even though the mortgage doesn't show on a credit report they will find the mortgages and it'll affect my DTI ratio.
