I practice what I preach.

Hi All,As I slowly stack money away for my first future rental purchase, I have a few questions regarding estimating rehab costs when going through practice reps.  

Some states have a big issue with QC others its standard practice for transfering title  think  Misssissippi ..

@James Carlson excellent point on checking local regulations before going forward with any large investment such as a garage conversion.

I work in software sales and recently purchased a primary residence in NYC, but I don't see this being a practical place to build a portfolio long term.I grew up in Wisconsin just outside of the Twin Cities area.
