I just got under contract a flip of mine...and I'm looking to start another soon after it closes...BUT...I'm afraid I'll get stuck with it if the Housing credit does not re-new...which I honestly don;t think it will.

I am not saying that I have never had to fire a manager, I have, but on the whole, I have been very successful and that is due in large part to my knowledge and experience with interview, hiring, and negotiating contracts with managers in my favor giving me the protection I need to be successful.Again, what if you do not live anywhere within driving distance of cash flow re opportunities?

If you cap the temperature, all they have to do is set an re-freezable ice bag on the thermostat and they can have any temperature they like.

Normally, its all down payment.No idea if this conflicts with your RE licensing guidelines.Not sure how the listing agent gets paid.
