No car loans, school loans, credit card balances or anything like that.We have little cash currently for a down payment on another property and have been trying find deals where that cash can chip in for a flip (with a partner) to start gaining small returns and build it up.I think I’ll have a hard time finding good contractors that won’t eat into profits.

After watching webinar one of the links Brandon gave for people that are already pro members to use to access freebies came up with a error that I am listed as a monthly member.In June my credit card was charged for the full year so I don't know why the system would see me as a monthly member and when I try to go to the settings or account options page I keep getting errors that the page can't load and tried from several browsers and different devices.

It’s been a pretty disappointing experience since I bought his son an Amazon Gift Card for his birthday recently, really went over the top to be an awesome client, but from what I’ve heard this is par for the course so I guess that’s on me.In the grand scheme of things it all worked out and house will be in the market soon!
