There is a shortage of skilled tradespeople and while I hear many focusing on recruiting people to these jobs, I’ve focused on changing what these jobs are!

One FT job is busy enough. 

Hello fellow real estate investors, i have been reading about real estate investing here and there in the past couple of months. it wasn't till i got a new job about a month ago, where i decided to take real estate investing more seriously for my future self and future family since i am only 20.

It is possible to qualify for RE pro even with the full-time job, but have to be carefully planned.

I completely trust that he would do a stellar job executing quickly, making listing agents confident in my offer, and doing his best for me.I also reached out to another lender, recommended by my agent who I met and believes he knows his stuff.

@Tim Gordon I have a full time job tat I’m not looking to quit at the moment.

They provide services in Oregon and Washington, and they have done a good job for me and they specialize in property management.

First, my job is to defend clients who ended up near the line, whether by accident or on purpose. 

Not something I want to do as I still have a day job that might cause some COI with but an idea to say the least if you have contacts here.
