What manufacturer do you plan on using if you don't mind me asking  A manufacturer I use here in NC have a nice one story plan if you want to save some money on the finsh work

I have 12 months no interest on my Amex to buy a duplex o triplex, I plan to adquire few properties on this way. 

My ideal plan (obviously with a little tweaking along the way) is to start fixing and flipping homes in my spare time, as I still work a full time job.

I've been trying to plan how to make my move. 

I work with many investors that support low income housing, and are stand up landlords, I plan to pass this along!

@Erica Schubach I would say if you have a HOA, it all depends on their regulations, but from what i have seen most HOA in Kansas City area or the cities that are better areas like Lee's sunmit, overland park, they prohibit short term rentals, plus the rules of condo are much more complicated and more strict than single families or townhouses.

I have 11 apartments so i thought the best plan was an assessment. $50 per apartment and $50 for 2 stairs and extra $50 for two passages $700.00I now know what is basically required to fix the units.

I have good credit, but not sure how to obtain financing with my current income so I am looking for financing options that don't require me to provide 2 years proof of income.My current plan is to do the following but would like a professional opinion before proceeding.
