Mortgage is with a local bank in a small town that the business uses so they would likely notice this change.If the bank calls the due on sale clause could I refinance at that point?

No signing expensive leases that you personally guarantee typically. 

They can be fun but also time wasters as well I have only personally bought off auction.com

Those terms would make more sense on fix and flip or BRRRR. from a HML or PML  that does new builds absolutely rates are at least 2 and 12. and that's for those with  experience.. my bank rates right now are 1 and 7 to 1 and 9 depending on which bank I use and if they are presold and I have built over 200 homes in the last 5 to 6 years..
