I have never seen Zillow being able to accurately predict the future appreciation of properties, although the past appreciation does seem pretty reliable. 

I then purchased different securities at the new firm.If I had held individual stocks at the old firm that I had wanted to keep at the new firm, I would have been able to transfer these stocks over as stocks without selling them (which I've also done in the past).

That being said, I grew up in the Fern Creek/J-town area but feel I may be a bit priced out given how properties have appreciated significantly in the area extending down Bardstown road past Glenmary.

and for the past 3 years have been living out of our converted van to save money and travel the country. 

Congrats to anyone who's bought in the past 5 years, and good luck to anyone who's thinking of investing now..  

But if we do, our current renters will be out and we will have to find new renters.That doesn't necessarily mean we are cut out for this business, but we've done pretty well over the past 10 years of rental ownership. 

They may be up for it.... since this deal is already past the deadline you may end up having a dead deal and the seller walking away with your deposit.
