Do a search here on BP for "Rich Dad" or any other type of training you may consider...What you'll likely find is that there are a lot of high-priced, national training organizations out there that have VERY poor reputations.

Paying some guru to "mentor" you is a fast way to blow a ton of cash on someone who you may never even meet.Chapter 2 of our free Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing covers how to find an "organic mentor" -- I definitely recommend reading the entire guide, with a focus on that chapter.I hope that helps.
