What's the best way to keep everything organized and separate?

I want to see audited financials for all stores to see the health of the organization.

My role in the organization focuses on equipment leasing, insurance, banking relationships and purchasing & optimizing parking properties (by the way if you have one to sell, I would love to take a look at it). 

@Drake Siegel - The bank may have issued a mortgage that was secured by the VA or other government organization.

There's a meet up that @Joe Fairless is organizing for Cincy BPers, and I believe it's going to become a monthly thing in Blue Ash.

While certainly not unique, my strategy to crush it in the SFR space is to be highly organized, have a time-tested workflow process and an experienced staff to implement it.  

This is my first time doing this and I want to be as organized as possible.

For example an office building could be different than a NNN  fast food lease.

Most importantly I have a fantastic, supportive and organized wife who is an excellent number cruncher and will forensically audit the books and records until they add up.
