Is a concrete retention wall better, cheaper than a wooden one?

Hello BP Community, The time has come for me to deal with one of my biggest real estate fears... rehabbing, and specifically rewiring, a cigarette smoke-filled home.

We are actually having one our premier events in October called Junkers to Jewels, a 3 day in person classrom and bus tour to learn about flipping, rehabbing, estimating etc on actual deals with local investors. 

Many people want to get rid of those properties after they've used them "one more time".I sense that a lot of your hesitation is over the loss of cash flow until busy season. 

They are usually the ones answering the questions.

But we have not seen one get wet yet.

I bought a double, and I've been able to get into one side before the sale but I couldn't get into the other.

@Ashish Acharya If you don't mind, I have one more question.

@Kent Foltz I think you've got to put the time in to research the different states and find the ones that will be the right fit for you.I started with non judicial states only then moved to judicial as well.

This one was, but could have been a shock to a newby Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
