Unfortunately, right after you drill out the locks to get in the daughter of the Grantor comes in and asks what your doing in her mother's house who she tells you, is in a nursing home and has been for several months. 

My mother has a  EB note that is now not paying / happy to discuss with any others in similar situation

The first floor was a business office (now vacant- potentially short term rental in the future after rehab) and the 2nd floor and mother in-law addition have residential tenants.

I have an "in" with the university, as my mother is able to look up anyone to see if they're an active student. :) She's retired staff and still has all the privileges.
