I am looking to self manage an STR management operation.

I still manage my own properties myself today and have a decent structure in place for that.

Just trying to figure out if you'll be living in it while doing the rehab (and therefore local and able to manage folks) or doing it from afar.

Most likely the issue is poor surface water management, failing gutters or missing downspout extensions.

My property manager is acting as the host and we have already had multiple bookings. 

I was relying on the manager for everything and it was getting expensive.

I manage around 400 rentals with 14 years of experience and have never been sued once.
