When I search for a phrase, I see that there are a few thousand results on the forums, but nothing shows up in the search results list on the right side of the page.

At the end of the day, I wouldn't walk away from a great deal over a few thousand dollars.

Once you give yourself a good foundation, you literally have to fight the momentum if you want to stop progressing.

Well, if you learn in a club and everyone analyzes deals the same way, same template, then when a deal you find and put together passes the "guru" stamp of approval, you won't have to learn how to raise capital as there are thousands of members that get to see your deal and will likely put in money if its a good deal.

Unfortunately, what you are looking for is pretty much what thousands of investors are looking for every day.  

It would cost us thousands to make the repairs.We have tapped out our savings on this home, and it is currently worth around $60,000 while we still owe $90,000 (and even that would be assuming we put a new roof on and figured out what to do about the basement).

That figure they want is more than a few tens of thousands of dollars.There's a couple more things to add in.  

I probably would because I could literally buy a 4 plex right now for the price you are paying. 

There are some mentors/programs out there but it's costs thousands of dollars...I don't believe this is the norm.
