I'm looking to submit a bit for a SFR in the Bay Area in a gated community with a HOA that I've heard have limits on rentals.

Then I told him that I was walking away because I obviously didn't know what he was looking for and I wasn't going to just negotiate against myself without even having a remote idea of what he was looking for.

Answering the question -- do I need to be able to drive to my property and if so what cons are there to those limitations?

We've been dealing with this is in Gatlinburg city limits for a couple of years now. 

I'm going to start out with first position mortgage foreclosures (probably not the best idea to jump into a second position or HOA foreclosure until I fully understand the process), but even with the first position foreclosures, some of these deals seem too good to be true.

Any ideas??

Reno,NV is a great area to invest because of the job growth with Tesla, Apple, Google, limited building, landlord friendly, low property taxes, and of course no income tax.  

I love the idea of renting out vans to other people so they can experience the highs and the lows, too.
