My legal team said the case will be dismissed. 

I have had 3 applications. 1 had too much debt. 1 called shortly after applying saying they don't think they want it because it has a window AC unit and not central air.

I dont even manage my close by ones, I dont want the tenants to know who I am, I dont want the responsibility of legal compliance, (one of the reasons you hire a professional) I dont want the phone calls, or the drama.

Is this legal...I guess he will make the renters rent on a month-to-month basis in case there is a redemption....any insight into this?

That would be no no from legal standpoint and migh also require to file a partnership return.

I too was surprised you rent to Mr Trump when he could just buy you out and not even notice the missing money LOLSeriously though that could be considered a threat and you may want to notify your local PD and if legal in your state you should consider CCW

A little background. 30 years young, credit score of 730, no debt, I have my CA real estate license but haven’t worked under a broker for a few years.

And if I decide not to sell the property after 30 years, I would still enjoy significant positive cash flow (due to the full debt repayment), and owe a property with 100% equity in it.So, I know that a vast majority of you guys preach the importance of cash flow, and I’m not trying to convince anyone of the opposite (I’m just a beginner trying to truly understand things).

In 9/10 cases the lender will require a certain DSCR or "Debt Service Coverage Ratio" to be met.  

Without the CO, nobody will be legally allowed to occupy the property without an inspection.
