What standard values for cost increase, rent increase & property value are most common.

It wouldn’t stop someone from posting their house for sale at the same amount that their neighbor did… Even though they have alotta repairs internally.

Although I've steered away from condo rent-and-hold properties, I feel this neighborhood in particular provides a bit more upside than a standard condo.

I just went through my loan documents from the refi and found that the occupancy requirement is the standard 12 months.
