Is the BP app not very well built, or am I not using it right?

On the apartments side, I see a ton of available $675-750.Not really familiar with that area so its hard to say, but Ive experienced that rental apps will start to heat up in Feb after the holidays of late Nov-early Jan.

I have used loopnet for years and I have found dozens of properties there.Someone like @Jerry Shen could crank out an app/website with better functionality than loopnet very quickly. 

Those apps show 767 or something.

Zelle, it's built in to a lot of banking apps and is basically isntant.

Is this an issue with the Android bigger pockets app as it's not listed as a membership feature.maybe I'm doing something wrong but never have I ever not been able to filter a search due to a membership. maybe you should just charge to search period....

I tried the meet up app but didn't have much luck.
